Run Ranges

Run periods were obtained by Erik Gottschalk with some help from Jon Link and Phil Yager.

The basis of the geometry was the YIPEE period done by Jeff Wilson for run 10974 and 10973. According to a preliminary list of PWC run periods compiled by Edgar Casimiro, Jeff thought this period would be 10613-11859.

Using timeline data Erik Gottschalk has identified 3 major PWC periods. Each of these major periods should have geometry defined by a magnets off run (like 10974 for YIPEE), and minor period geometries defined relative to this using the expressline timeline oddpack data. The Yipee period is PWC period 2.6.

The SSD offset and pitch are done run-by-run using the expressline data.

Erik Gottschalk has a compilation of run numbers that are "golden", i.e. only contains runs that have no known "problems". You can find this file in the UCM TRACK1 library, it is called ssdrt_corr.dat.
