The remaining problems described on the Skim1 Processing Errors page were treated as follows:

Duplicate runs written to FW tapes
These runs were removed from the indicated tapes and fwlist.db was editted to correctly describe the new tape.
Events to FW tape differ from analysis log
I verified with the skim2 czars that the number of events read from tape matched the "Events to tape field". I editted skim1.db to contain the correct number of events in each ss.
Runs with 0 events in first FR tape file
No action taken.
Greater than 20 event difference between FR tape and factoids.db
No action taken.
Errors writing to stream
No action taken.
ERROR WRITING OUTPUT TAPE
These runs were already identifed as a problem by the tape copy procedure and were treated above.
Missing tape, fw5029, contains runs
Dealt with above.
Run 7390 has a short oddpack file.
No action taken.
Runs 14383 and 14501 have empty oddpack files.
skim1.db modified to show no oddpack. The empty files were deleted.
Different number events read for original skim1 and recovery skim1
No action taken. We have ignored problems of this size or larger in the past.
